Cancellation policy and form

You have the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons within 14 days (legally) after receipt of the goods.
The timely sending of the cancellation is sufficient to meet the deadline. A specific form of cancellation is not necessary. The right of withdrawal does not exist for the delivery of reduced goods.

If the revocation is effective, you are responsible for returning the goods (to this address: Storetown-Media, Ehrenbergstr. 44, D-22767 Hamburg) in the original packaging, enclosing the delivery note and / or proof of purchase, your bank details and, if possible, a copy of yours Withdrawal obligation.
You are liable to Storetown-Media for any deterioration, destruction or other impossibility of return that you are responsible for.

Storetown-Media is entitled to charge a fee for the time the goods are released until they are revoked.
