General terms and conditions (AGB) and delivery conditions
The “Directive 97 / 7EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 20, 1997 on consumer protection for contracts in distance selling (OJ EC No. L 144 p.19)” and the Fernabsatzgesetz (FernAG) derived from it obliges us to make the following statements .

§ 2. Our prices are final prices. They include VAT. Subject to misprints and errors. We deliver while stocks last or as soon as the item arrives at our warehouse.
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
§ 3. Within Germany we deliver up to a total weight of 5 kg of the order with a flat shipping fee of EUR 8.90.
For orders from abroad, we reserve the right to calculate the shipping costs incurred. If you are ordering from abroad, please contact us by phone if possible!
§ 4. The contract between you and us comes about through our acceptance. This can also be done by sending the goods.
§ 5. The place of performance for shipping is Hamburg, Germany.
§ 6. Should the delivered goods have an error, we ask you to send the goods back to us, enclose a copy of the invoice and briefly tell us what the error is and in what form you would like it to be dealt with.
The return must go to the following address: Storetown-Media, Ehrenbergstr. 44, D-22767 Hamburg. The return must be free and cheapest – but as a package.
If the error was caused on our part, we will of course reimburse you the postage costs.
We will provide you with a replacement in a reasonable time or ensure that the error is remedied. Of course, you can also do without replacement, get a credit or your money back (we ask you to provide your account name, IBAN, BIC and bank). The warranty period is 6 months.

§ 7. In addition, you have the right to cancel the contract without stating a reason within 14 days (legally) of receipt of the goods. The timely sending of the cancellation is sufficient to meet the deadline. A specific form of cancellation is not necessary.
The right of withdrawal does not exist for the delivery of reduced goods.
If the revocation is effective, you are responsible for returning the goods (to this address: Storetown-Media, Ehrenbergstr. 44, D-22767 Hamburg in the original packaging, accompanied by the delivery note and / or proof of purchase,
Your bank details and, if possible, a copy of your revocation. You are liable to Storetown-Media for any deterioration, destruction or other impossibility of return that you are responsible for. Storetown-Media is entitled to charge a fee for the time the goods are released until they are revoked.
The saved addresses of our customers will not be passed on.
